According to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles official site, wait times are actually dropping for Las Vegas residents.
75 new employees have been added to the Nevada state DMV office, bringing the wait time down a hefty percentage – around 65%. This brings the average wait time down from over an hour to a cool 41 minutes.
This drop in wait time is certainly it’s bringing a higher satisfaction rate to customers, but let’s not kid ourselves, do any of us still want to wait the average time, which is now 41 minutes?
